A fun and relaxed afternoon of laughter, just melt the pre-made base, customize it with a little creativity which can be anything from favorite colors (I strongly encourage skin-safe soap colorants and avoid food coloring or chemical dyes because they haven’t been tested or approved for use in soap) and scents (essential oils), and pour into a mold.

Perhaps add a little boost for a good scrub: Epsom salt a natural remedy to many ailments also known as magnesium sulfate, contains magnesium and may help the body get rid of toxins responsible for exacerbating inflammation while also reducing swelling, stiffness and aches and pains.
